▶ Signed a strategic partnership with VHSS, which exclusively supplies medical supplies to veterans hospitals in North America.

▶ Starting with the establishment of the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Florida, where Plasmapp's US subsidiary is located, the plan is to expand to hospitals across the United States.

On July 1, Plasmapp announced that it had signed a strategic partnership with VHSS (Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions) for sterilization and plasma surface treatment solutions, and that it would begin supplying to Veterans Affairs Hospitals in the United States.

VHSS, which has signed a partnership with Plasmapp, is an American specialized company that mainly supplies products from global medical device companies such as Medtronic and Steris to the U.S. Veterans Affairs Hospital and U.S. Military Hospital.

Veterans Affairs hospitals in the United States are hospitals used by soldiers or military families. There are 150 hospitals across the United States, and there are about 1,400 related outpatient hospitals in the large medical market.

In fact, there are more than 40 million people who can use veterans hospitals, but as military institutions, only certain companies that have passed the review of the US government can supply products, so it is considered a representative area in North America with a high barrier to entry.

Through this partnership with VHSS, Plasmapp will first supply sterilization and plasma surface treatment solutions to the Veterans Affairs hospital and dental clinic in Florida. Plasmapp will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Plasmapp products with the U.S. military/government, and will then discuss supply to military hospitals. They announced that they plan to establish a protocol together. David Heaton, Vice President of VHSS, who participated in the MOU on this day,

“We are planning to expand procurement and delivery to military hospitals and institutions across the U.S. starting this fall,” he said, expressing great anticipation about this contract with Plasmapp.

Plasmapp CEO Youbong Lim said about this contract to procure for the U.S. Veterans Affairs Hospital and military hospitals, Plasmapp's solution goes beyond simply receiving FDA certification, and the actual product is delivered to and used by U.S. government agencies, and is used in the U.S.'s official infection control and management system. It was of great significance to be recognized as a surface treatment solution.

The market commented that after receiving FDA certification, Plasmapp continued to conduct product verification and clinical research with HSS (Hospital for Special Surgery) and Harvard University, which was a major opportunity that led to this contract.

Following the previous large-scale supply contract with NDC to begin supplying to hospitals and clinics across the United States, Plasmapp has also signed a partnership agreement to begin supplying to the U.S. Veterans Affairs Hospital and government agencies, and these contracts are expected to turn into full-fledged sales this year. He said he expects performance in the second half of the year.
